Malaysia needs an autocratic leader, says former Intelligence Chief!

Lt Gen (Rtd) Datuk Seri Raja Rashid Raja Badiozaman, former Military Intelligence chief for 7 1/2 years, saw it coming!

The "stable tension" as one university don put it, had finally gone bust, well at least to one person who saw racial tension rearing its ugly head in this country - AGAIN! He is none other than Lieutenant-General (Rtd) Dato' Seri Raja Rashid Raja Badiozaman, a former Director of the Military Intelligence, a position he held for seven and the half years.
"What I see happening to the country and to the Malays especially, I think we need a total physical revolution like the French Revolution, and some people must got the the guillotine and have their heads chopped off for allowing racial situation in this country to go beyond the permissible level ." he said.
He said the Malays, especially, need to change their attitude for this race to be relevant again in this country and for this, Malaysia needs an autocratic leader to do it.
"We need a total restructuring of the Malay society. I am not really concern about other races in the country who seem to adapt with whomever or whatever is running the country. Today they have decided to go to the opposition. Actually we need someone like Kemal Attaturk, but definitely not someone like Anwar Ibrahim. This restructuring should have been done yesterday," he said.
Raja Rashid also said it did not matter if Malaysia were to go backwards in time if an autocratic leader had to it, for the sake of the future.
"Money is not everything you know and this is the problem with the country and the Malays and their leaders, they never think of any long term side effects of their foolish and stupid actions,"
he said.
Past governments have been advised and warned of dire consequences if wrong actions were taken but they never listen, he said.
On Pulau Batu Putih given to Singapore, Raja Rashid said he could not reverse any decison made but for Malaysian leader to be more responsible from now on, starting now. Raja Rashid is the younger brother of Tan Sri Raja Mohar Raja Badiozaman, and also a member of the Perak Royalty.

True revolutionary combustion is highly required. Leadership is being held hostage, as Pasquale commented earlier today.

I believe we have true leaders needed to be of that relevance Raja Rashid meant. By all means, push them up. Our intelligence is of many, unite and divulge!

Pasquale, you have the drive to make it right.

What good has he done during his service when Pulau Batu Putih sovereignty was at stake during your service?? Drink and drunk all day long thats what our intelligence is good at.

Thats easy for him to call for a violent coup to install a totalitarian regime. Never mind this coup risks escalation into a racial conflict. Never mind as a result, Malaysia regresses and loses out to the rest of the world & its own neighbors, especially Singapore. (or is Badiozaman gonna invade Singapore to make sure they dont surpass us even more?)

Its all OK for Mr. Badiozaman and his friends who will be chauffeured in S-class Mercs about the ever increasing slums around KL.

Anyway, a revolution has happened already... on March 8. If BN/UMNO still doesn't get it & want to proceed with their irrelevant dogmas, there will be another one at the ballot box.

Some situations need to be dealt with drastic measures. Especially when the majority is swayed in ignorance of the nearing doom.

I might agree for a fact that Malays should have a reality check and get their attitudes change for their own benefit, and in fact there are malays who are "not typical malays" who know what they want and who are in power for doing what they think is right. But we have to acknowledge too that the malays are a tolerant and flexible lot, and that is a good thing, that is why malaysia is seen to be a tolerant country in the eyes of the world and lets not forget that.

But being tolerant is one thing, being stepped on by others because of that, that's something we must not allow to happen.

If he is such a great intelligence chief, he could have found the Batu Puteh wanted document in his 7 yrs of service. I guess his comments boomerang back at himself. I do prefer someone with real substance like Raja Nazrin who can think long term and critique realistically. Another person who lived in the past.

I believe the sentiment comes from this 'void' in leadership in Malaysia right now. Until either Pak Lah go willingly or Anwar shows us his hand, this sentiment will persist. We need somebody to really take charge and lead the way. Sorry, no way back for Pak Lah.

Mondo... a point of correction here, it is Najib after Pak Lah and not Anwar. Anwar is a damaged good and it will be pretty hard for Malaysians to accept him as a leader of Malaysia. Did you know he is a Wahhabist, a brand of "Islam" that promote the House of Saud?! Anwar receive millions to propagate Wahhabist (Reads forcing women to totaly covered up) in Malaysia!

Ex-Yayasan Anda and ex-ABIM!

Anyone can be our savior. Personality is not an issue here, be it Pak Lah, Najib, Anwar, Muhyiddin, Che Det, etc.

A person suddenly shows up with performance can be our leader. He who has the drive and ability to push the country on top of others in terms of unity, economic strength and prosperity, and strategic security i.e. the good of the people.

sexyjudge...come on! I can see Najib and Muhyiddin, but I now cannot see Pak Lah or Anwar Ibrahim to lead the country again.

sexyjudge said...

Pasquale, very true as it may be and I may also be with you on that. I invite you to enlighten me on that too...

But that's not the glaring point. It stands that anyone with the qualities which I mentioned must be given the push and the opportunity to glare those qualities. This country is in dire need of a savior. Intelligence should be able to identify and may be the push that is needed.
