But until then, Najib is not a murderer....!

I saw this comment on a posting in Lim Kit Siang's blogsite, a sensible comment made by what appears to be a very sane and an un-emotional Malaysian, and thank you!:-

"Najib is not yet a murderer

Raja Petra Kamarudin has made a statutory declaration on June 18 alleging that Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, Deputy Prime Minister Najib’s wife, was at the murder scene of Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu.

The news is not picked up by the main media yet, but the blogosphere has been heated up with all sorts of discussions.

Whether the allegation is truth or not, I don’t know… in fact only very few people would know at the moment. RPK has shown his courage over the years, but frankly, sometimes he is abusing his influence to bully the politicians.

This is not the first time he is alleging that Najib was involved in Altantuya’s murder, but he has failed to produce any solid proofs besides empty talks so far. I hope the cops and authorities will take his statutory seriously… because if Najib is really guilty, I want him to face justice; if Najib is innocent, I would like to see RPK facing the song.

I always believe that everyone is innocent until proven guilty not, that’s one the basic cores of our constitution. It sucks to let go of a criminal, but the last thing I want to see is innocent people being punished.

Don’t bother reminding me how corrupted our government and the judicial system are, because it’s not the point I am trying to make here.

Lots of people don’t like Najib, I personally am not fond of this fella at all. However, that doesn’t mean that we should implicate that he (or his wife) is a murderer without having solid evidences or investigations.

It’s saddening thing to see some Malaysians having their logical minds being taken control by their senseless emotions, just go and read some comments on Malaysia-Today, LKS's blog, Anwar's blog and Susan's blog… and you would see so many Malaysians sentencing Najib to guilt as if they were right on the crime scene and saw everything.

Imagine how would your love ones feel if you are being wrongly investigated, charged or prosecuted for a murder that you never committed? Imagine how would you feel if your family member is being accused of doing things that they have never been done? It could be one of the worst things that you would want to happen in your life.

What we want to see is to have justice served; and as said earlier, I hope to see the authorities taking RPK’s declaration seriously… after all, it’s not fun to risk being sentenced to jail just to mock a person you really hate. But until then, Najib is not a murderer, and it’s unfair to accuse him of being so without knowing the facts.

Use your heart, use your mind, and not let your emotion taking control of your soul my fellow Malaysians. Show some mercy. Read more here...!"

Agreed Najib, Rosmah etc are innocent until proven guilty as guaranteed by the Constitution.

But I presume RPK's gripe is that despite disturbing evidence, many have not even been called in for questioning. Like that driver of the Suzuki Vitara and all the limited number of people who could have access to C4.

I cannot accept your 'don’t bother reminding me how corrupted our government and the judicial system are, because it’s not the point I am trying to make here and ....sometimes (RPK)is abusing his influence to bully the politicians.

This is the precise point that Emile Zola made in his 'J'accuse' about the Dreyfuss conspiracy in the 1890's.

The Altantuya is dragging along with no end in sight, after change of judge, DPP and defence lawyers. Normal? Acceptable? Not suspicious?

Amd what about that incredible outburst of 'Matilah, Pak Lah!' from Baginda? What does it tell us? Just an ordinary thing?

When Justice appears to be off-rail, then the RPK's of this world must, and will arise to set it back on course. This is no more an abuse of due process than if the real killers of JFK or King were to be brought to trial tomorrow.

Make no mistake. It is our Govt, Judiciary, corruption and transparency that are at issue.

This is precisely what we should be talking about, and not attempt to sweep under the carpet.

Justice, like pride, goes before a great fall!!

Excuse me Dato' Seri,
Is your first name Najib and your father's name Razak? Why are you hiding behind a pseudonym? Why not come out in the open and defend yourself like the great Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad? You got no balls ah? Your advisors also are of the crappy kind, white haired Canadians and so on. Grow up!

Nothing is said he's not guilty.

So, he's GUILTY until he's proven NOT GUILTY!

Dear Pasquale,

I am with you on this one.We bloggers should act responsibly and not let our hearts rule our heads.

Accusation of murder or accessory to murder is not something we can joke about.

I hope the police would, without fear or favour, investigate this case to be fair to both sides.

I support you view fully on the matter and hope that the authorities concerned carryout all the legal procedures. The world is watching us.

There will be no mess. As usual, these so called evidence will 'disappear'. Its RPK whose neck is on the block now and I feel sorry that he may have been used-or maybe not

I do not know who you are or what you are unlike RPK a brave soldier and a crusader of justice for all has openly runs his blog under his name.

He has given all facts pertaining to Altantuya's murder. C4 is no ordinary play thing that one can get in any hardware store. The Malaysian Armed forces are in possession of it and to get it our of its security area needs the dobby mark of high ranking officers. Now tell me who could have access to this dangerous explosive other than top brass and the defense Minister none other than Najib.

Reason is very obvious when the AG failed to call up the top brass of the army and the defense minister. Change of judge and prosecutor leads to only one thing and that is a major cover up to save someone high up. I think you are not thinking straight because can I simply accuse AAB of rape and get away with it? Until and unless I have strong evidence and authentic documents to back up my claim I would not dare utter such an allegation.

Najib has link to this murder and none can deny it...If you cannot see it you must be blind.

Yes. We must not judge people based on our own personal hatred for him or her. This applies to you too Pasquale regarding your non-stop personal vendetta against Anwar whom you have referred to using the acronym BABI. For all we know, you could be the one who is the epitome of such a creature.

lionking...if Najib is guilty prove it and do not make insinuation and innuendo..unfortunately you sound like a moron..think my friend use you brain unless it has turned into mush...Najib and Razak Baginda are or were friends related to works he was a speech writer...the thing about speech writers is they think they are part of the people they are writing for.

anonymous...BABI is just as you said an write his name as I do is too long..please do not get offended. FYI Pig is also God's creature! Do not discriminate!

yes you are right... we shouldn't say that one's guilty until proven guilty...

but rpk sd stated that 'the first lady in waiting - but never' was there with another two people... he didn't mention anything about who was the murderer...

whatever it is, i give full respect to rpk... many of us can't do what he can do...

Eh, pasquale,
Those who think RPK is a hero is, actually as u said - a moron. The fella is obviously under Anwar's payroll. The only way Anwar can become PM is by discrediting Najib who is the only Umno leader who can actually take over from Pak Lah and turn around the country to its true path. In short, Najib is the only one who can save this country from such wolves and that is why Anwar, through his "hitmen" such as RPK want to kill him off politically. All the dirts thrown at Najib were for that purpose and that purpose only. Whatever it is, I am confident Najib will prevail, and not far from the immediate future, lead this country back on its way to greatness. Those who think i am a Najb's man for posting this is also a moron. I am just an ordinary Malaysian who think this country deserve a decent intelligent man like Najib to lead it. Yes, Rosmah, his wife is a bit of an irritant, but to accuse her of being a murderer without any real evidence is stretching it a bit too far.

good job posting that article, this over-flowing of "send Altantuya's murderer to hell" sentiments have got to stop, politicians or not, he shouldn't be sentenced and convicted in the cyber court first, and anything that will have serious prejudicial effects to the investigations and court proceedings must be curtailed. Very serious allegations by the RPK..why now?

Kempster said...

Actually, serious or not this allegations, a living person was murdered and blown to bits. Now, somebody is putting his name and his family's to say he has proof that the ding-dong courts have 'failed' to produce. I'd say let the real game begin! Its double or nothing. Lets all show their hands...
