Chameleon Brother Anwar Bin Ibrahim can only fool some international leaders some of the time...but not all the time!

Brother Anwar Bin Ibrahim are you happy now!

They shoot horses don't they! Just arrest him and be done with it!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
*news update*
As I said before Brother Anwar Bin Ibrahim stands only for himself. He is a chameleon all right in 1987 when he was in power he supported the retention of ISA as a piece of a good legislation for the country. He, as an Umno leader, then saw the wisdom of maintaining the ISA, this is what he said...read here! in Hantu Laut!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Was in Ottawa recently and met few friends who are now serious politicians and seeing me, to them, has always been a treat for I tell them the goings on in the region, my region that is.Many are happy Susilo Bambang is again elected as president of the fossil-fuel rich country called Indonesia. "We like him and we can deal with him," they said.
Many others are also sympathetic with Abihsit of Thailand and unanimously agrees the fugitive Takshin Shinatwatra should not have bought a premier football team which to them, the Canadian politicians, Takhsin was flaunting his "ill-gotten gains" to the whole wide world.
"Abihsit and I went to the same secondary school at Eton College and then we both went to Oxford and for sure he is more acceptable by the West," said another politician.
Suddenly one very senior Canadian politician interrupted the nicety by saying: "When the terrorist FLQ disrupted Canada in 1970, the late Pierre Trudeau invoke the War Measures Act and by that the governor general of Canada gave him the power to detain and to control for the sake of the rest of the country. Guess what 87 percent of the entire Canadian population supported his action. *
Hmmm! May be the government should just arrest Brother Anwar Bin Ibrahim and his cohort like Lim Kit Siang to name a few, and this will be done in the name of saving the country from chaos, economically, politically and socially! I would have no problem with that, so what about you!
And to answer to what the Economist wrote: "This points to a trap waiting to catch the silver-tongued Mr Anwar, who deftly tells different audiences—religious or secular—what they like to hear. The same blogosphere that helped his meteoric rise may one day pay more attention to his chameleon qualities. Malaysians would then come to ask more closely: who and what exactly does Anwar stand for?"
Well this much I can tell you: Brother Anwar Bim Ibrahim, the evil reincarnates, only stand for himself and for no one else! Now there!

*In October 1970 the terrorist group FLQ of Quebec kidnapped two public officials one British trade commissioner James Cross anda popular Quebec minister of labour and immigration Pierre Laporte. Under the leadership of Pierre Trudeau the War Measures Act (WMA) was reactivated when the FLQ killed Laporte. The WMA gave the Canadian government to detain any Canadian suspected of terrorists acts for many days without trial. Trudeau's act was supported by a very big percentages of Canadians at that time.

Pasquale... My oppinion... All the countries in the commonwealth have similar acts that is used when emergency arises. Currently our own act is being ammended to meet with changing times and especially the rise of terror... Taking it to the streets is such an unwise and politically motivated move and not to mention useless act (it is currently being ammended). And I heard some brought kids. Reminds me of Palestinian kids being used as sheilds for Israel, but instead thier own parents uses them as sheild.

In this kind of political climate, it would be a severe backlash on the govt if they were to arrest anwar and other Pakatan leaders for their involvement in the demo.

And for those who were not at ground zero during the demo, there was no rioting. None of the 600 ppl arrested resisted arrest..in fact the police used unnecessary force to detain them.

I now see exactly whats going with this world. If you say yes, the others say no, its a tough world out there in order to get ahead..
But, as long you stay up, keep your head up right, do your homework like the Mister that wrote this well written piece did.
Sooner or later, you'll have a plan and succeed, so its never too late to begin, start now! Don't procrastinate, get to organizing your life and you too will make it in the business world!

In this kind of climate the government should not succumb to political blackmail and we should not compromise with terrorist. In this kind of climate do you think it is right for BABI to make use of the innocent people and children to demonstrate just to save his ass? No pun intended!

Demonstrations in the context of a political tool is about utilizing human voice and energy (but not the brain) in order to achieve the specific political goals.

Metaphorically, alcohol can also be considered as a tool whereby a drinker can achieve a peace of mind (good intention).

Any tool such as a knife is usually made for a specific purpose. Knifes can be used to cut and in the slaughterhouse it is used to slaughter animals.

So without doubt, any knife is useful a tool for a good purpose. But to a thug, certain type of knife is also use very often for manslaughter (bad purpose)!

This only proves that any tool can be used either for the good or the bad purpose depending on the user's intention.

In the context of alcohol, if a drinker follow the limit, it served the purpose well but then if the limit is exceeded, it spoils the liver.

Same thing with demonstrations as it is more often than not is utilised by opposition for the wrong purpose with a bad consequences.

Therefore, what is so wrong for keeping those who uses demonstration wrongfully in behind the bars if by doing so the common peoples are spared all the nuisance?

The Police did not have to use water cannons and tear gas. This could have been a peaceful march ala national day, but the cops chose to over react. they could have just ensure smoother traffic flow and crowd control. At no time were the rally participants unruly and aggressive. But if you fire tear gas and water cannons at them, they will surely run halter swelter to escape the stinging pain. Even a cat would run if sprayed with the mentioned liquids.
Shame to Musa Hassan and Hisahammudin hussein Onn!

Sri Hartamas I beg to differ, there is an avenue for the people to express their unhappiness and that is during general elections. if you think the present government is not good enough for you, vote it out! But never never create an unnecessary stress and anguish for the disgruntle to demonstrate causing untold damages and loss of income for the traders and petty traders along the way. Directive and advise have been given out by the security forces "do not go out and demonstrate" and yet these morons did it anyway: You know the old adage "if you live by the sword expect to be stabbed and slashed" or something like that! Stop moaning Sri Hartamas!
