A communist?

We can go around the country looking for mass graves that buried our Malays, Chinese and Indians.
If you go to place called Titi near Kuala Klawang you can talk to old Chinese folks there about mass graveyards where Chinese were massacred by the Japanese. Even if you go to Seri Menanti you can find many mounds that many believe were also mass graves where Japanese massacred Chinese before they surrendered.
Similarly you can go to anywhere in the country you can hear stories of mass graves where Malays were also buried after being slaughtered by the Bintang Tiga, or the Kuomintang or CPM?
You see history can become fuzzy over the decades but the fact is that part of our history was just the past that we have to make an attempt to go past it and to start a new.
For calling a Chinese person a communist, well it is just a catchword for calling him a chauvinist and an extremist person cannot assimilate himself into our greater concept of society, such as speaking Bahasa Melayu (the national language of this country) or to respect the monarchy, and not bent on destroying what is Malay in this country.
Let us make no mistake here that while the few thousands DAP members who cannot speak Bahasa Melahyu properly there are millions more who are bona fide Malaysians who can and who will die defending the constitution of this land.
Let us have a better perspective of this country. Once this country was called Persekutuan Tanah Melayu, and in a true spirit of brotherhood our leaders agreed when the British insisted that we changed the name to Malaysia so others - Chinese, Indian and Karpal Singh - will not feel uncomfortable living in a country named after the Malay race!
Ronnie Liu, a DAP extremist is called communist , OR the DAP is called communist, which to me is justified as I said the term was just a euphemism for being a chauvinist, extremist, inability-to-speak -Malay-language-properly bastards that, given a chance, will wipe out the Malay race and Malay culture in this country in a jiffy!
When we brand Chinese a communist in this country as belonging to the CPM it means this is the same Chinese that tried to murder the former Yamtuan of Negeri Sermbilan and the late Sultan of Pahang. Given the chance the same Chinese communist like Chin Peng who has no qualm in directing his followers, still in the country under a guise of a political party, to again massacre the Malays so he can take over! No can do!
Meanwhile people like BABI is being made use of by the communist DAP to help destroy multi-racial Malaysia and thank God he will not succeed! No sir! No can do, and simply not allowed!

THe PM is a conciliatory person, and Brother Anwar Bin Ibrahim may look benign but deep inside he is vile!

Suara Keadilan, holy bible for the fucked-up opposition, pro-BABI and anti-government moron mouth piece, yet came out with another humdinger of a lie when it reported that the Honorary Consul-General for the Mongolian government in Malaysia Datuk Abdul Rahman Al-habshi had given a picture of Najib Tun Razak and the dead Mongolian girl Altantuya to the police.
The article from Suara Keadilan was picked up from a story written by Arnaud Dubur, remember that cute French journalist?
Well, the Consul-General has since made a press statement to that effect that no such things happened and the only pictures he gave to the police, during the heat of the trial over the death, were those of Razak Baginda and the dead girl and no such picture of Najib and the girl together was even in existence!
The only picture of Najib and Altantuya and Razak Baginda sitting together was that composite picture that was digitally created by a member of the opposition Tian Chua, and he has since apologized over that attempted trickery.
Suara Keadilan aim was to imply there was indeed a conspiracy between the police and the Counsel, and Najib to suppress the picture! Well unless you are stupid or do not have that power to deduce let me tell you this: "No such picture exist and Najib does not know this dead woman from Eve and if such pictures exist I am sure the opposition would have had one field day and such picture would have been circulated around fast enough before anyone can finish saying the word BABI!"
Hey, if such picture exist I will pay for it and name the price and I want to see it also so if it is real then I to can denounce this Prime Minister as being a liar then I can apologize to every one that I was wrong to be loyal to such man!
The only problem in this country, to my knowledge, is an obsession of one man who will do anything to want to be a prime minister, well he cannot because he is tainted beyond repair.
He may sit and smile with the Prime Minister and have tea tarik together but deep inside we know how vile he is to a point where he will destroy this multi-racial country called Malaysia and he will do it without compunction just so he can have his "elusive" dream!
Sorry for the language but I am just tired and fed-up with this whole episode! This is my country too you know!

Bala re-appearance! And I do not believe in a coincidence!

Now think for a moment! Najib is not involved in the death of a foreign woman! What if someone tried to frame him again for this death..so he will not be the PM?! Think and think again very hard! Well unless if you (you mean you who is so taken by BABI's political lies and fervour) don't want to, there is nothing that anybody can do!

First of all I am glad to know Private Investigator P. Balasubramaniam (Bala) is alive and safe and not dead as many had assumed in their minds when many thought he was abducted, and he should come out instead of making frivolous statement. And ity appears he is making another confession that, to the untrained brain, can appear to be very credible.

Contrary to a popular belief that he might have been "abducted" at the behest of "some one powerful" and "dealt with" just like in a B-grade movie script, is simply ludicrous. One thing is now for sure he was hiding, either in the country or outside the country.

I saw in Malaysiakini U-tube how a bunch of noisy people holding a candle light vigil shouting "Where is Bala?" and "Najib, where is Bala?" It is as though the then deputy prime minister, Najib Tun Razak, like a vicious dictator from a tin-pot republic, had ordered a man to be abducted and then to be killed?!

Well Bala is alive and kicking and is again making other disparaging remarks and accusations saying that our Prime Minister's brother and another businessman telling him (Bala) to shut up and to get out of the country and to be paid millions of ringgits, well it is up to you all to decide whether Bala can be believed or trusted or not red more ..here!

This sudden re-emerging of Bala is meant to coincide with the coming trial of BABI, for this time I am very sure he will be found guilty and put away. For once and for all, BABI will cause us no more anguish in this country.

But, what I found interesting is when Bala wrote in his Statutory Declaration that his assistant had slept with "Aminah" nee Altantuya and her girlfriends in Hotel Malaya, and that he knew, and HOW did he know, that Altantuya was susceptible to anal intercourse?! Unless he had slept with the girl!

Let's put things in perspective! A girl was killed and Bala claimed he knew that girl was receptive to anal sex, as though he really knew unless he also slept with the girl and what if things had gone awry, and what if the two convicted policemen were telling the truth that they did not kill the girl what if it was someone else and his gang that had done it? So many ifs! So many SDs and so many "abductions"!

But one thing is for sure that BABI and his gang want Prime Minister Dato' Sri Najib Tun Razak to be check-mated and with one or two murders and millions of ringgits from BABI, they thought, can do the job! Well they have to think again!

A new ruler, Tuanku Muhriz ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir, new Tuanku Ampuan Tuanku Aishah Rohani and their not so snooty children; a new straight road to by-pass Bukit Putus; and now this Negeri football team that won the coveted Malaysia Cup after 61 years of doldrums, after winning 3-1 against Kelantan.
I am sure the victory has to do with the new Daulat of the new ruler, Tuanku Muhriz. The Negeri team is, I am sure, happy to win the match for the state for there are, as I mentioned many reasons, for the team's new gusto to do better now, don't you think!
I have never supported Negeri Sembilan football team in the past as I thought they were a bunch of weenies, but now with the renewed pride in the state may be I will support them from now on!
Well done Negeri Sembilan!!!
And Daulat Tuanku!

Khoo's lawyers also said his client did not reveal Zorro’s identity, heck we all know Bernarhd Khoo is that Zorro-Unmasked as his picture (top) appeared n that blogsite! He is not only insulting the police but those who know it is him in that accursed blogsite!

Nasty and racist people like Bernhard Khoo deserves no less than only ill-wills from every peace loving Malaysian. By producing a defaced police logo is to incite extreme reactions from others. The symbol of the mighty Malaysian Police force was reduced by being mocked, insulted, and thus at the same time downgrading our boys in blue into an image of being associated with a rotten police force. I hope the police will not let up in investigating Bernard Khoo and anyone like him in this solid multi-racial society. Let say if the authority decided to incarcerate this phatethic 70-year old old Chinese man who pretended to be a law abiding Malaysian citizen, well as I said before, my heart will not bleed for him, I say let him rot!

Both Quincy and Temperance have a 150% success in solving cases, but only on television!

Quincy and Brennan are products of a very overactive television imagination, where Dr Porn-thip is a wannabe as popular as the television forensic scientists, when her assertion of a famous case's findings in Thailand were wrong and ordered a second autopsy and declared the case as murder and not suicide, then later had to be corrected by a third autopsy that declared the first finding was correct. She is also under investigation by the Thai suthority over her working ethics. So basically she is not qualified to give another opinion since it is not necessary unless she is being paid to sensationalise the case of a political aide who was found dead at a building. DR PORNTHIP: MORE QUESTIONS

In blogger Rocky Bru's post here, and following a commentator's suggestion, he proposed that the Government appoints a foreign pathologist /forensic expert to do the second autopsy with Dr Pornthip. In the interest of justice, there should not be any reason for opposing the proposal.

But what interests me more was Rocky's reference to My Sinchew's article, "Wanted: Pornthip's head!" which contained the following short paragraph:

Thanks to the intervention by Pornthip to conduct a second post-mortem on a wealthy Thai MP back in 1999, earlier police reports pointing at him committing suicide was overturned, resulting in a drastic twist in the development of the case.

Sinchew did not elaborate further. It was referring to the high profile case of a powerful and wealthy Thai Member of Parliament, Hangthong Thammawattana. However, what Sinchew reported was in fact only a small part of the story. The full story of the case, which surprisingly was not covered extensively by bloggers except a brief mention by Anak Bangsa Malaysia here, should be made known as it casts further doubt on Dr Pornthip's reputation. The case has an eerie parallel to that of Teoh Beng Hock (TBH), which led to Dr Pornthip being probed for breaching medical ethics by the Thai Medical Council.

The Hangthong Thammawattana Case

In September 1999, Hangthong Thammawattana was found shot in his younger brother’s (Noppadol Thammawattana) bedroom clutching a gun in his hand. Hangthong Thammawattana was the administrator of his family’s vast fortunes.

The first autopsy conducted by the Thai police found that Hangthong committed suicide. The case was closed as a suicide.

Dr Pornthip did not agree to the police findings. Her team, which included Scottish pathologist Dr Adrian Linacre, then conducted a second autopsy and concluded that Hangthong was murdered. Dr Pornthip went public in announcing her findings. Noppadol was subsequently arrested in 2003 for allegedly conspiring to murder his elder brother Hangthong.

In his defence, Noppadol sought and obtained court permission for the third autopsy that took place on January 2006. The third autopsy was headed by Sawet Kanluan, a forensic pathologist based in Chicago, and was jointly carried out by a team of forensic physicians from five universities a month later. The findings of the third autopsy was consistent with the first, i.e. suicide. The team also included American criminalist Henry C. Lee, who likewise concluded that Hangthong's death was a suicide.

Interestingly, the experts who conducted the third autopsy are people who had taught Dr Pornthip (i.e. they were her teachers!). In his testimony in court (read here), Dr Supoj Jamsuwan, deputy head of Chulalongkorn University’s Department of Forensic Medicine, said

"...respected experts from Chulalongkorn, Khon Kaen, Chiang Mai and Mahidol universities had jointly conducted the third autopsy. 'Some of them are those who have taught Khunying Pornthip, Supoj said. Without mentioning anyone by name, he said someone viewed Thailand’s forensic science as lacking standards and had tried to set the standards herself.

Dr Supoj was, needless to say, referring to Dr Pornthip when he alluded to "someone...had tried to set the standards herself."

Consequently, Noppadol was acquitted of Hangthong's murder by the Thai Criminal Court. The court ruled that substantial evidences showed that Hangthong committed suicide (read here).

Following his acquittal, Noppadol filed a defamation lawsuit, claiming over one billion baht of damage, against Dr Porntip and Dr Thamrong Chirachariyavej, the physician who also performed Hangthong’s autopsy with her, for giving a false autopsy report of his brother Hangthong. However, a Provincial Court cleared Dr Pornthip of defaming Noppadol (read here). The court says Dr Pornthip did not break any academic principle in doing her work and her statement was made in a professional capacity.

Probe into Dr Porntip's Alleged Breach of Medical Ethics

However, that did not stop Noppadol from filing in September 2007 a complaint with the Thai Medical Council to launch an investigation as to whether Dr Porntip had breached the medical ethics related to her autopsy of Hangthong (read here and here).

Professor Amnaj Kulsalanan, Secretary-General of the Medical Council, said a committee of the council would investigate the issue and that he had sought the opinion of the Thai Royal College of Pathology as well as of the complainant and Dr Pornthip.

Professor Amnaj said the committee would find out whether the autopsy carried out by Dr Porntip was up to standard; whether she had honestly issued the certificate of the autopsy result; and whether Dr Porntip's action had violated the autopsy standard of the Royal College of Pathology or not. If Dr Pornthip is found to have breached ethics, she faces punishment ranging from a written warning to removal of her medical licence.

Professor Amnaj said that the investigation would take time as the panel would have to listen to opinions from two sides, adding that it would be completed within the year (i.e. 2007).

However, this writer has searched the internet to find out the results of the investigation but found none. It can be presumed therefore that the investigation is still on-going and that the Council has not reached a verdict.

What can be concluded from the above is that

1. Dr Pornthip erred in her second autopsy, forcing the court to order a third autopsy which found that Hangthong committed suicide (the same conclusion arrived at by the first autopsy). Regardless of what one may say about the Hangthong case, nothing can take away from the fact that Dr Pornthip did make a mistake. If we relate this to TBH case, what guarantee do we have that she will not make the same mistake? What guarantee do we have that other interested parties will not file for a third autopsy if they find it necessary to contest her findings. It is in this context that Rocky's proposal has a strong case. Someone must monitor her autopsy.
   
2. Dr Pornthip is still under investigation for the alleged breach of medical ethics in conducting the second autopsy. Whatever the outcome of the investigation, the fact that she is being probed would be enough to cast doubt on her character and integrity. More importantly, can our court allow the second autopsy to be performed while she is still under investigation by the Thai Medical Council? What does our law says with regard to this situation?

The TBH case is being dragged far longer than it should, all because Gobind & Co - and the opposition camp in general - treat it as a political game. The Coroner must put a stop this and force a final closure.

Malaysian man faces death penalty for Indonesian maid murder

I am glad justice will be carried out and a deterrent is important in a society where despicable acts are being considered and seen as routine, below is a news report by AFP about a Malaysian man who abused his helpless maid to death:

In the latest of a series of maid abuse cases that have prompted Indonesia to temporarily ban domestic workers from coming here, 36-year-old Mautik Hani from Surabaya died from her injuries in hospital, a week after being rescued.

Her employer, 35-year-old market vendor A. Murugan, his wife and mother were arrested but only Murugan was brought to court Friday to face a murder charge.

"The investigation showed he had subjected her to a lot of abuse and there were many injuries on her body," prosecutor Manoj Kurup told AFP, adding that Murugan faces death by hanging if convicted.

"We are not charging the wife and the mother," he added, but declined to say why or give further details.

Hani was discovered at her employers' home last week, found by another Indonesian cleaner hired to replace her who noticed a foul smell coming from a locked bathroom.

Police said when she was found, her arms and legs were bound and she had bruises all over her body. Among her injuries was a serious wound to her right leg through which the bone could be seen.

Local papers reported Hani had been abused by her employers almost daily during the two months she worked at their home.

One of Asia's largest importers of labour, Malaysia depends heavily on domestic workers, mainly from Indonesia, but has been criticised for its lack of action to protect their rights and regulate their working conditions.

Indonesian maids typically work seven days a week for as little as 400 ringgit (113 dollars) a month.

In May, Kuala Lumpur announced plans for new laws to protect domestic workers from sexual harassment, non-payment of wages and poor working conditions.
